Get individual career advice through the Career and Employment Service as well as assistance with applying for casual or full-time work. Contact the Faculty of Arts Career Development Consultant via our feedback form, or email careers@mq.edu.au or call 02 9850 7372.

Book a career appointment or resume/job application review via careerhub.mq.edu.au. Activate your account using your student OneID login and password.

Orientation and Mentoring

The Mentors@Macquarie Program connects you with a peer mentor from your own area of study who can give you the guidance and support you need to understand university life and study at Macquarie. Peer Assisted Learning (PASS/PAL): The smart way to study

Improve your marks, improve your skills!

The Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) or Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) is an academic support program for all students in selected units in the Faculty of Arts.

PASS/PAL sessions are unit specific study sessions which are run weekly for one hour and are peer facilitated, student supported, and voluntary. PASS/PAL: is a program for every student wanting to improve their academic performance.
